Health Insights is a not-for-profit organization and is governed by a Board of Directors comprised of both Personal and Corporate Members. Board leadership rotates annually and alternates between Personal and Corporate Members. To further Health Insights' commitment to equality, all matters coming before the membership are considered and voted upon by both Personal and Corporate Members. Health Insights is operated by members for members.
