Health Insights functions to provide relevant educational opportunities for its members

It offers a neutral forum for members to dialogue and network

Health Insights members support the mission of the organization and as such will be wholly

transparent regarding their involvement

Its members understand that attendance is vital to the continued success of the

organization and benefit for all members

Health Insights does not compensate members for attendance at conferences or

participation on panels, nor does it reimburse for related expenses; it does not compensate

members as a result of their position on the Board of Directors

Its members understand that the primary purpose of Health Insights is educational in

nature; marketing efforts between and among members during conferences is

discouraged
