The Spring 2010 conference will commence on Wednesday, April 7th at 6:30 pm with a Welcome Reception and Dinner and will adjourn on Friday, April 9th following a luncheon presentation. For those staying on past the conference adjournment, group activities will continue into the afternoon.

Reserve hotel accommodations.

Health Insights has contracted a limited number of rooms at a reduced rate.  To ensure that you are able to receive this rate, make reservations early and no later than March 17, 2010.  Click here to make a reservation now. Make travel arrangements.

Attendees are responsible for securing their own travel arrangements.  Health Insights provides transportation for conference-related events and activities.  (Information related to your travel arrangements may be required during Step 3: Conference Registration.)

Registration will open in February 2010; members and invited guests will be alerted via email.  Anyone attending a conference related event (meeting or activity) is required to register. Registration for activities is accepted in the order received.  Payment is required at the time of registration.

Corporate Members Only - Submit completed Insight Session Details.

Insight Session details will be available in February 2010; Corporate Member representations will be alerted via email. Corporate Members planning to host an Insight Session at the conference are required to submit details of their session on the approved form.  Forms are emailed directly to Corporate Member representatives and are due no later than March 10, 2010.

Conference Registration Instructions

IMPORTANT NOTICE:

The Masters Tournament will take place in Augusta, Georgia April 4-12 - covering much of the same time period as the Health Insights Spring 2010 Conference.  The Atlanta Hartsfield International Airport serves as the primary hub for transportation to and from the Masters Tournament and flights and ground transportation become difficult to reserve as the tournament nears.  Attendees are strongly encouraged to make hotel and travel arrangements as soon as possible and well before the hotel reservation deadline.
